Canandaigua Chamber announces ‘Neo-Classic’ Golf Tournament
Canandaigua, NY— Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the return of its annual golf tournament. As the name implies, this Neo-Classic has the essence of a traditional golf tournament but has been updated with conveniences appropriate to today’s high-tech and socially distant culture. Golfers will enjoy convenient online registration, contact-less check-in, all-inclusive pricing, and the flexibility of a chef-prepared dine-in or take-home dinner.
Ravenwood Golf Club will host this fiftieth Canandaigua Chamber tournament on Thursday, August 12. Golfers from across the region, including Chamber sponsors and member firms, will gather for a 12:00-noon shotgun start, 18 holes of spirited golf, comradery, fine food and valuable prizes.
“After a year without a tournament, many of our members are begging to get back on the course,” says Ethan Fogg, president of the Chamber. “We’re making sure their return is safe, convenient and memorable!”
The tournament, which supports the Chamber’s business development and visitor engagement efforts in Canandaigua, Ontario County and five contiguous counties, is made possible in part by generous support from Canandaigua National Bank & Trust, Leonard’s Express, and Wegmans Food, Pharmacy & Market Café and the efforts of generous volunteers.
