Showcase~Lifetime Collection of Jim Brunner
Mount Morris, NY – The Genesee Valley Council on the Arts is pleased to announce “A Showcase of the Lifetime Collection of Jim Brunner,” set to open its doors on January 25th. Brunner, a distinguished collector with a passion for preserving the cultural essence of the Genesee Valley, has spent a lifetime amassing artworks that span generations.
This exhibition serves as a testament to his unwavering commitment to preserving the region’s history while embracing the creativity and innovation of contemporary artists. It will captivate art enthusiasts and history buffs alike with a unique blend of historical treasures and contemporary works that celebrate the rich heritage of the Genesee Valley region.
The exhibition will open to the public with a celebration of this unique collection on January 25th from 5 – 7pm and will remain up through February 17th. We invite visitors to view Brunner’s unique collection and learn the stories of how many of these artworks were acquired from historically significant locations across the region.
